Access Consciousness gives you the building blocks for having total awareness. Founded by Gary Douglas of Santa Barbara, CA, USA. Access was generated as a series of insights and awareness developed by Gary in 1990, to facilitate people energetically to release their limitations and generate their lives from choice. The target is to bring as much consciousness to as many people who are willing to have it.
Access is about creating oneness, which includes everything without judgment. It is about total allowance. People are infinite beings capable of total consciousness, yet most people do not recognize themselves as such. This is primarily due to the millions of judgments that we have learned to make more real than our awareness.
Throughout our lives we are continually taught to not trust ourselves. In early life, most are taught only to trust parents and elders. As such, we never learn to access our awareness. In later life, we adopt and regurgitate answers that come from the "experts" with whom we have aligned and agreed. We have learned to memorize answers derived from judgments about the world. We were never educated to access our own knowing.
Access is about facilitating people to be in oneness and to perceive, know, be and receive everything. It is not about teaching, proving or instructing. Many modalities and philosophies create teachers and gurus who have answers; the "knowing" of everyone else is diminished. Access empowers you to claim, own and acknowledge what you know what is right and true for you. You can choose for you as the energy, space, consciousness, generation and change you are. You do not have to embody solidity, form and structure. You can live a life of infinite possibility. What would it look like to generate your relationships, your business, your body, your sexualness, your finances and your life from consciousness?
If we can tap into the awareness that every person has, then we all become more aware. As an infinite being you would have no limitations, no barriers and no judgments. You would be able to perceive, know, be and receive everything. Your willingness and ability to perceive, know, be and receive all the energies of the universe is your ticket to total awareness.
What is your awareness about our current reality? Do you see people being happy and joyful? Do you see a world where everyone is embraced or where everyone lives without judgment? Are children honored for their being or are children manipulated and controlled to believe that they are less than adults? Do you have the familiar feeling that you are stuck or that every time you take a step forward, you take two steps back?
If you become conscious of what you say and think your reality will change exponentially. Your thoughts and statements are that which generate your life. You have the ability to create anything instantaneously. What if you were willing to be brutally honest with yourself and start creating your reality? What would that look like? All you have to do is choose it. Gary says, "We are the creators of the mess we call our lives. Since we created our life exactly how it is, we also have the power to change it by the choices we make."
The target of Access is to live as the question. Each time you create a conclusion, decision or judgment, anything that doesn't match your conclusion, decision or judgment will not be allowed to come into your awareness. An answer will stop the flow of anything coming into your life. If you live in and as the question, you will always allow yourself to receive more information. Every particle of the universe has energy and consciousness. As infinite beings, we are energy. When we ask a question and be the question, then that energy goes into action.
When you have a situation that is not working well for you, do you define it as difficult or a disaster? What does that do energetically? It solidifies the situation as a problem and perpetuates the wrongness. What if you asked, "How does it get any better than this?" Or you could ask, "What else is possible?" Or even, "What's right about this that I'm not getting?" When you do something that you define as a mistake, then how long do you judge and punish yourself? Days? Weeks? Years? What if you asked, "What's right about me that I'm not getting?" What if there is truly nothing wrong with you? Questions such as these invite the universe to provide other possibilities, awarenesses, people and events to assist you.
When you create change in the flow of your life, you create change in the flow of the planet. Consciousness is the opportunity to eliminate all the created walls of separation. Consciousness is the ability to be present in your life in every moment, without judgment of you or anyone else. What would it be like if you embodied so much consciousness in everything you do, that others chose to become more conscious as a result? What would it be like if the world were a more conscious place? Would the devastation, wars and difficulties continue to exist?
For over twenty years now, Gary has been facilitating people to destroy their judgments and expand their awareness by clearing energetic patterns in their lives and bodies. The tools (questions and processes) of Access can allow us to generate fluidity in our relationship to the universe and everyone in it, to our being and to our bodies. What if we could actually become stewards of the earth to expand what is possible, instead of always looking at how we can consume it? If we were able to transform the planet and this polarized universe into a place of total communion and total consciousness, then would your life and this planet look really different? Everything in this reality has been created as solid and real, but it is possible to choose a different reality. All the trauma and drama doesn't have to exist.
In Access classes you will receive simple insights, processes and questions that eliminate as much limitation as possible, according to how much you are willing to change. Access classes such as Foundation, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 include verbal processing, which includes series of questions that allow you to gain clarity on issues in which you had previously not been able. The verbal processing brings-up energy surrounding various life-issues and then clears areas of "stuckness," creating space for new possibilities.
Those energetic patterns that hold fixed ideas containing a positive or negative emotional charge in your being and your body, will be allowed to move. If you are willing to release, destroy and uncreate your limitations created in this life or past lives, then your life will change dynamically. The questions and clearing statements quickly and easily allow this process to occur. In addition to verbal processing, energetic body processes will be introduced to create more ease, joy and awareness for your body. Impossibilities become possible and obligations become choice.
Access Body classes introduce a wide-range of energetic processes to facilitate more consciousness in your body. As your body is often a primary source for perceiving information about the world, you learn new ways to access your awareness through your body ... with ease. These classes facilitate the gifting and receiving of numerous hands-on body processes, including ways to heal injuries, eliminate patterns created by drug use, provide energetic face-lifts and create more space in your body after experiencing abuse.
Will you let go of anything that does not allow change to occur in your life? You are invited to contribute as much to a class as you would like to. Access is not about the telling of personal "stories" or reliving past trauma and limitation in order to find the answer to the problem. Access takes a wholly different approach by clearing the issues energetically. This allows your life to take a quantum leap to change, whereas you may have spent much time trying to make changes utilizing various other therapies and modalities.
Although the tools of Access have generated a great deal of change in the lives of many people, Access does not declare itself to be "the only way." Access empowers you to know what is true for you. It allows you to know that you know! Access is an ever-evolving method for altering the parts of your life that don't show up the way you know they could. Access is not for the feeble-minded or the faint-of-heart. If you have the courage and desire to be truly you ... the phenomenal you then maybe Access is for you.
What can you expect from experiencing Access? Essentially the result is up to you. Access can assist you in achieving your target... whatever that may be.
This is not an affirmation; it's not about having only the positive. Life includes everything - the good, the bad and the ugly. It's about ALL of life coming with ease, joy and glory. Rather than living with pain, suffering and gory, you can live with ease, joy and glory. Each morning and evening say this ten times and your life will change.
