The first time you take these classes you must take them in order. After that you can repeat any class in any order as long as it is within 18 months since your last class. The information from the first class gets expanded upon in the following class, creating one body of information and facilitating your ability to implement these tools, information and awareness into your every day life with ease.
The order to take the classes the first time through is Bars, Foundation, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, ESB and Body Class, 7 Day.
Tele-classes are offered at a variety of levels, from introductory with no pre-requisites to advanced levels. Please see individual class listing for any pre-requisites.
Kids come free to all classes through age 15. Ages 16, 17 and 18 are half price.
