About Chantal Normand
Chantal Normand is a professional facilitator, author, speaker, educator and community builder.
She has been described as a healer and holder of spaces that nurture meaningful conversations and lead to action.
For the past 15 years, she has helped create processes for reflection, learning, and collaboration in the advertising, non-profit, and government sectors across Canada.
Chantal is a perpetual learner, a worldly adventurer, and a creative social entrepreneur. She served as the Canadian Ambassador for a Rotary Club exchange in Norway in 2007, and she has traveled extensively throughout both the Global South and the Global North.

She holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education with a specialization in Organization and Community Development from the University of Toronto, and she has trained with the Berkana Institute's Art of Hosting Conversations, a global leader in the practice of Hosting Conversations that Matter.
She is an instructor for the Bachelor of Human Services Program at Grant MacEwan University and finished her first book called Wisdom Leadership, Transforming our World.
