Access is the most incredible thing I have ever come across. It's like an owner's manual for living on planet earth that we were never given when we incarnated here.
I've been using the Access tools for ten years. The changes they have facilitated in me are remarkable. Prior to Access, my life had contained an ongoing undercurrent composed of feelings of depression and hopelessness; feeling like I didn't belong here or fit in; feeling disconnected from others; feeling like I didn't really want to be here; feeling like a victim. I couldn't find anything that I was really drawn to do with my life, and I felt like I didn't have anything to offer to others.
Today, that undercurrent is gone. I am experiencing more fun and joy and energy than I ever have. My usual state is one of a feeling of deep peace. My mind is usually very quiet. I am much more present and in my body. I experience much more aliveness and pleasure than I used to. I'm sexier and more radiant. I'm enjoying much more connection and intimacy with others. I'm more vulnerable. I have much more allowance of others and of myself. When stuff gets triggered in me, I have many tools from which to draw upon, and shift things very quickly. I feel like I have a lot to offer others.
I have training in many modalities of bodywork and energywork, in tantra, and in dance and movement as an awareness practice and tool for transformation. I do individual Access sessions and I teach Access Intro classes, Bars, and Bars Review classes.

I have created and sell a teaching aide called The Access Bars Head Kit. This is a life-sized styrofoam head with the bars indicated on it in colors and numbers. It is co-ordinated with instruction sheets and a sample bars session. It makes learning and teaching the bars way easier. If you'd like to see a flier about it, email me requesting one.
I am the director of the Bay Area Access Trade Network. This is a service which connects people who live in the San Francisco Bay Area, who have learned The Bars or any other Access body work processes, who want to get together with other people to exchange Access body work.
