What is Access Consciousness?

Access Consciousness is a simple set of tools, techniques and philosophies that allow you to create dynamic change in every area of your life, with your body and with you. Founded by Gary Douglas in 1990 and expanding with the more recent contribution of Dr. Dain Heer, Access Consciousness is now available in many countries throughout the world.

How does Access Consciousness work?

Through a variety of classes, body-work or private session, licensed facilitators use question and verbal processing techniques to empower you in knowing what you know. It is through you becoming more conscious of what choices and possibility you have available, that allows you to choose and generate the life you truly desire.

Where do I start?

Access Bars is the beginning. This is a body-therapy that allows your body and you to begin releasing all the limiting thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had, about anything. Similar to deleting files off your computer's hard-drive, more space becomes available to receive and create something totally new.

From there you can look at the Core Classes.

What are Core Classes?

A succession of Core Classes progressively invites you to greater and greater levels of awareness about this reality and you. These include:

Who teaches the Core Classes?

Access Bars sessions are available privately from licensed Facilitators world-wide. You can also learn Access Bars and become a licensed Bars facilitator.

Many facilitators organise swaps or group get-togethers where you can make new friends, get your Bars run and run somebody else’s.

Foundation, Level 1 and various body-work classes are facilitated by licensed Certified Facilitators (CF). If you are unable to locate a facilitator in your area, this F&1 can be taken by watching a DVD of founder, Gary Douglas facilitating this class.

Are there any specialty classes?

Yes! A huge variety of classes are available dealing with specific topics, for example:
