Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products within Australia, and internationally to New Zealand and Asia using Australia Post. Shipping costs can be influenced by the quantity, size and weight of the products, and your location. Shipping rates are generally applied to your purchase as indicated below, however for large orders we will contact you with an estimate and then adjust your payment accordingly.

Australia Post ships goods Australia-wide and internationally.

  • Within Australia - A variable rate of $AUD10-15 applies unless otherwise contacted, if you order lots of products.

  • To New Zealand & Asia - A flat rate of $AUD15 applies unless otherwise contacted, if you order lots of products.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.

DOMESTIC shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL shipping estimated at 7-21 business days depending on location.

Insurance is available at an additional cost. Contact us for a price.

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
