Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products within Australia, and internationally to New Zealand and Asia using Australia Post. Shipping costs can be influenced by the quantity, size and weight of the products, and your location. Shipping rates are generally applied to your purchase as indicated below, however for large orders we will contact you with an estimate and then adjust your payment accordingly.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
DOMESTIC shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL shipping estimated at 7-21 business days depending on location.

Refunds
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised.
All claims for refunds, exchanges or credit must be made within 30 days of purchase.
