This is Nilofar Feyzee and im a friend of Abeer Hakim..I was introduced to access bar by her only when i first heard about it, i dint really understand until she actually ran my bars, and the experience was amazing.It helped me overcome my fears and let go of things that bothered me.And it also helped me except other individuals as they are and respect their perspective too..Two months back Abeer had a class for kids where my daughter was also one of her student and after doing the class i could feel the difference in her as being more calm and patient.
