I am so grateful for these magical and mysterious tools and techniques of Access Consciousness®. They are so accessible. They are fun. When we feel stuck, the tools are there. They invite us to know what we know. It’s really that simple.
So much has shifted in my life since learning the Bars®. I always knew that something more was possible. My family has grown through birth and adoption. Somehow when I became a parent, life felt a little harder. There are a lot of strong points of view around parenting, adoption, “trauma”, and being family. Somewhere in there I began losing pieces of me. Access Consciousness® has gifted me with the tools to know what I know. It’s so empowering and fun!
Beyond parenting, all areas of my life are changing and expanding as I open to all the possibilities and create my life with these tools. Access Bars® is all about receiving. It’s the most magical and beautiful tool in our family. I get to trade Bars® with my kids and my partner and use questions that create more in all aspects of our lives. I am so grateful for these tools in my life! And I’m so grateful I get to share them.
