How Does It Work?

3 Ways To Attend:

1. You can join the ESC by calling-in on the phone from whereever you are - lay down and relax into the space.

2. You can join the ESC by attending a satellite ESC with one of The Maestros located around the world. Where you will be invited to lay down and be gently touched. Find a Maestro satellite  ESC near you here.

3. You can join by attending the class where the ESC is being offered, see the schedule of classes and locations below.

The Maestros are a group of people all over the world who are orchestrating change and possibilities everywhere they go.
