How does it get better than this?

What if it is truly possible to create a life that you wake up every day excited for?

​I used to long for that possibility but was struggling to make it my reality. I was caught in a cycle of work that was uninspiring, money that never felt like enough, relationships that were draining, endless self-judgment, and burning my body out with high levels of anxiety all the time. But, I didn't think I could really get to a joy-filled life until after I fixed all the problems.

The thing with problem-solving, however, is that you have to first have a problem to solve it. You have to always look for the next problem to solve. And so of course you're only seeing problems!

What if there was a whole new way to approach creating a life you love? One that didn't focus on problems you need to fix or steps you need to get right. One that allowed your body to relax, releasing the pent-up anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. One that honored your uniqueness, your brilliance, and your capacity to create change.

What the heck are BARS you ask?

Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!

It's like getting a hard drive reset for your brain, and dumping all the shit that's not creating ease, joy, and glory for you. 

Having your ‘Bars run’ (receiving a session) is relaxing and peaceful; imagine the after-effects of a great massage or walk in nature. At worst, that’s all you’ll feel! At best, you can feel a sense of total ease, unlike anything else, that starts to change your whole life.

NEXT, consider taking the Bars class! You'll learn all about the Bars and receive a Bars Practitioner certification so you can offer it as a service too.

If you would like to take that with me, I will have some scheduled in the Seattle/Kirkland area soon. Also, if you have two or more people interested, I am open to creating a class for you and/or traveling if you don't have a facilitator available in your area. One thing I have always known is that I'm a healer and have dynamic healing capacities. A healer is someone who holds the space of possibility and invites you into your greatness. You still gotta choose it, though. It's always your choice.
