Access Bars® can be used to facilitate change in all areas of your life. Having your Bars run creates greater ease for you and your body and clears the underlying thoughts, feelings and emotions that are limiting you.

This is where Access Bars® Practioners exchange their bars. Anyone who once attended a bars class can give a bars session and receive a session under expert guidance of a Bars Facilitator. The compensation is 20 €, snacks and drinks are included.
