What occurs during class?

This class is a one-day, hands-on class in which participants learn the Access Energetic Facelift and participate in gifting two sessions and receiving two sessions.

During this class, you will work with the energies in the body and face, and while applying these, discover what can be released.

Once we get rid of the judgments we project at our faces and bodies daily in the mirror, our body has the space to regenerate itself.

Energetic Facelift with Brooke

This body process is such a unique, nurturing experience for releasing stress and judgment. This is a chance to begin a fresh relationship with your sweet body and dissipate everything you have judged about your face and body.  Are you ready for a full day of nurturing and rejuvenation?

You will be gently guided how to offer this amazing hands on body process. During the morning of this one day training you will receive one and offer one energetic facelift session. Then after an hour lunch break you  will experience one more round of receiving and offering this amazing facelift process. 

 

The Access Facelift was created 20 years ago by Access Consciousness founder Gary Douglas. Today, this body process is performed by over 1 800 facilitators across the world.
