I am a lot of things, each of which have given me the life experience and wisdom that I am so grateful for. In essence I am an infinite being pursuing freedom, a seeker seeking to learn and expand my consciousness.
I play many roles including being a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a corporate executive, a boss, a leader, a facilitator of consciousness, a mentor, and so on.
I love learning and happy to say that I am a life long seeker. And then I love unpacking the goods and learnings that inspire me the most and sharing them with the world!
Life is simple. You are meant to be happy. And I am happy to make the ride easier.
I started seeking out a different way of being in 2014 and since then I have not stopped. Various teachers, techniques and modalities have contributed to my growth and evolution to eventually recognize that nothing will change in my life until I really really choose it. Choice creates magic!
I am an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator, Talk to the Entities Certified Facilitator, Body Process Facilitator, Bars & Energetic Facelift Facilitator. I facilitate the following classes:
- The Foundation Class (3.5 days)
- Access Consciousness Bars Class (1 day)
- Access Energetic Facelift Class (1 day)
- Body Process Classes (1 day)
- half day classes / telecalls on various topics (money, relationships, career, etc.)
- Specialty classes as offered by Access Consciousness from time to time
