Soy Facilitador Certificado, Arquitecto y Profesor Universitario. 
Efectivamente sé lo que es el auto-abuso, vivir en  depresión, ansiedad y muchos otros diagnósticos psiquiatricos. Con las herramientas de Access cambié mi vida por completo. Si a mí me funcionaron, ¿Cómo no te van a funcionar a ti? Cómo me funcionaron tan bien, por eso ahora, dedico parte de mi tiempo a facilitar clases y dar sesiones privadas en todas partes.
