Allow me to share a bit about me:

In 2005 I opend Simple Life Therapy an alternative healing space for people suffering from PTSD using hypnotherapy. This has since continued to evolve including other modalities and workshops All with the comon theme of inviting individuals to be more aware of themselves and intune with their own body.

I believe every person has the ability to heal themselves. (emotional, physical and mental)

Access provides wonderful tools to stop the monkey mind, and so much more.

I invite you to ask questions of yourself and others. Play as a child does. and Be the full version of yourself living In Joy.

Las Barras de Access son el núcleo principal y la base de Access Consciousness. Pueden ser el punto de inicio de una gran aventura y pueden ser algo que añadas a tu vida que te ayudará a crear mayor facilidad con todo. Las Barras son 32 barras de energía que van a través y alrededor de la cabeza y que conectan diferentes aspectos de tu vida. Tocas una Barra y comienzas a limpiar la energía bloqueada en esa área o aspecto de tu vida, tan solo por tocarla.
