ABOUT LINDA

I'm Linda, intuitive healer & holistic teacher-facilitator of the potent energy process, Access Consciousness Bars, which is also simply known as The Bars.

First of all.. thanks so much for showing up and for visiting my page. It's my belief that it's no coincidence that you're here.

I am a student of Positive Psychology with a Bachelor's degree in Complementary Medicine, and professional experience as a Behaviour Change Specialist spanning three decades.

As a passionate, free-spirited, holistic entrepreneur, I am the founder of Access Healing, BodySoulMind, and boutique property company Townhouse.  

I'm location independent, love to travel and divide my time between the UK and South East Asia.

ABOUT THE BARS

To try to describe The Bars with words never really does them justice. That's why I will always invite you to try them, at least once, so you can experience, and see for yourself what it's all about. My personal experience with clients is that after receiving the Bars for the very first time, most request to have them run again, and again. So what is The Bars?

The Bars is a dynamic and deeply relaxing body process accessed through the light touch and holding of a sequence of energy points (the Bars) on and around the head.

EEG brain mapping and analysis has shown that The Bars has an immediate positive neurological effect on the recipient greater than that experienced by advanced meditators. It was reported that one 90-minute Bars session created more change in the brain than was seen in people who regularly practice meditation and who do so for more than 2 hours at a time. Bars produced those results immediately. 

Receiving Bars, or having your Bars run is nurturing and grounding. It can raise your energetic vibration inducing higher states of consciousness. It can be deeply transformative and help you to activate and initiate positive change in any and all areas of your life. This can be physical, mental, emotional or practical, around business, career, relationships, health, money and anywhere else where you may feel stuck and desire change.

As the recipient you remain fully clothed and all that's required is for you to lie down, make yourself comfortable, relax and receive this amazing energy work. 

I believe everyone should 'have their Bars run' as often as physically possible.. and if you've never had your Bars run, then once you do, you'll understand exactly why I said that. One thing I will say for certain, after working with so many clients and students and seeing the unfolding of so much change and transformation, no two Bars sessions are ever the same. 

SEXUAL ABUSE, TRAUMA & BARS

In addition to my general holistic practice and driven by my own childhood experiences and personal growth, I naturally developed an interest in healing the issues of abuse and trauma. This led me to establish a specialist healing clinic for clients and counselling professionals in partnership with leading childhood sexual abuse charity, One in Four UK.

LEARN HOW TO RUN BARS & BE A PRACTITIONER

In my opinion, even better than having your Bars run is you, yourself learning how to run Bars. The best thing is, anyone can learn, even if you’ve had no prior experience.

My own very first experience of this modality was in a Bars class, and if this speaks to you even a tiny little bit, I highly recommend it. TRANSFORM YOUR MONEY STORY | CREATE A NEW FINANCIAL REALITY 

Alongside Bars, I also love helping people to elevate their money mindset and shift their energy around money so you can transform your money stories and create a new financial reality.

I used to work within the NHS in what eventually became a frankly toxic environment that ended up causing me a whole heap of stress and trauma. I stayed in a job that was hurting my body, mind and soul for far too long because of the big fat lie that is "job security". Thankfully, in 2014 I finally kissed the rat race goodbye and have never looked back.

I can teach you practical strategies and tools for sound money management, rapid debt elimination and creating "F**k You Money" so you can build assets and never have money as the reason for staying stuck it in a toxic environment like I did. I believe that as money man Warren Buffet once said "If you don't make money while you sleep, you'll work until you die"... and you know, as well as I do, that's not what you were put on this planet for.
