I have spent much of my life fitting myself into all the neat little boxes of this reality, occasionally rebelling against it and finding bits of happiness. The first time I gave myself permission to not feel inherently wrong was when I discovered the tools of Access Consciousness. I have embraced the tools, became a Bars Facilitator and then a Certified Facilitator in 2019. My greatest joy is sharing the Bars and tools with others and seeing their lives open up and become happier.
