Facilitating magical travel creations is Katie’s speciality.
Downtown Houston has many shopping, dining and hotel options. Houston's downtown also has lots of entertainment from sports, theater, opera, music shows, and an aquarium.
GreenStreet area is just a short walk from the class venue. Shopping, dining, and entertainment blend beautifully together.
If you are looking for greenery, Discovery Green Park is a family-fun urban park just one mile from the class venue. There is a great playground there for kids.
The Hyatt Regency (class venue) has a heated outdoor pool that is open year-round in addition to a fitness center.
Just 3 miles away from the class venue there is a free art museum called the Menil Collection which has art on display from the Paleolithic era to the present.
WEATHER Weather in January ranges from 60° - 45°F/7°- 16°C . We recommend bringing layers.

DURING CLASS If you would like sugary or salty snacks, feel free to bring them. Coffee and tea will be provided.

REGISTRATION Registration starts at 5:30 pm and the evening class begins at 7 pm.

LUNCH BREAK* At around midday for about 2 hours
*Please note: Lunch times and class end will vary depending on the flow of class. On Jan. 6th, class will end at 4:30pm to allow for a 30 minute break before the Global Bars Day kick off celebrations begins.
