I am a qualified and certified Ayurvedic Counsellor and Bars Facilitator registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), Ayurvedic Professionals Association (APA) and Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK (AAPUK).

My life purpose is to facilitate your physical and emotional healing journey by helping you unlock your potential and set your mind free. Free of limiting believes, self-sabotage, fears, pains, anxiety, illnesses, low immunity and whatever else that might be holding you back.

We were all born to be healthy and we have all the tools needed within us! We have just forgotten how to access these powers within. 

Picture a group of little children playing and having fun, completely immerse in the moment, dreaming about their future, imagining that they can be whatever they choose to. They feel free and limiteless, don't they? 

Let me tell you that YOU can still have that sparkle and I can show you how.

Access Consciouness Bars enables us to wipe out our limiting beliefs and connect with our inner power. It helps us remember! Remember who we are, what we are here for, what is really important in life. In short....it sets us free!

During my work as an Ayurvedic practitioner using diet and lifestyle modifications to facilitate my client's wellbeing, I often stumble upon mental blocks and the whole healing process slows down. Using the Access Consciousness Bars method of clearing, clients are able to let go of ideas, memories, limiting beliefs and all that junk energy that we carry with us which serves us no purpose.

After your first bars' session you will feel that life becomes freer, lighter and more joyfull.
