My Story

Can I share with you a little bit about what I was able to change after stumbling across this incredible modality over 10 years ago? 

Since using these magical yet simple and pragmatic tools, I would never have dreamed that I would be living the life I am living today. I am a mum of two, I have over 20 years experience in the wellness industry having studied Beauty Therapy, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Massage and in addition I have a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. I am also a trained dancer and have taught children and adults for well over 25 years through performance and beauty skills.

I came across Access Consciousness® and decided to use it as an extra tool, and start up my business again after 5 years away. I was focussing primarily on looking after my young family. I was a stay at home mum and not living the life I would like and I was extremely miserable. I started attending Access classes and using the tools of Access Consciousness® and the changes that showed up for me were instaneous and mindblowing to say the least.

Within a month of attending my first Bars Class and Foundation, I was already seeing paid clients, plus I had a website up and running that I actually built myself. This was a huge accoplishment for me as I was mostly computer illiterate.

During those classes, I eliminated and shifted pain in my body that had been ongoing for years and had become part of the "norm" for me. Painkillers were regulars in my shopping trolley and I would pop them when any pain came up. This is no longer a reality for me and I have a whole lot more ease and joy with my body. I shed over 5kgs of weight that my body was carrying after my pregnancies, using the Access tools and asking questions as to what my body required.

I stopped focussing on trauma and drama, which was literally running my life. The judgements that I had of my life, and myself, no longer took centre stage. I could actually see possibilites and gifts in everything, even in lifes challenges. As a result of this this shift, I enhanced all of my relationships, including with my kids, making me a much better mum. 

My income increased dynamically and my awareness of my finances changed alot. Where I wasn't willing to look previously, I began to explore and became clearer with my expenditure. I now travel with my job and for pleasure regularly, to the most amazing places and I really am having way more fun in my life than I have ever had! I was and continue to be amazed by the dynamic changes I experienced, so it was really was natural for me to share these tools with others that were looking for something different or a change in their lives too. I run classes and private sessions live and via Zoom throughout Australia and globally.  I love to inspire people to see the greateness of them and empower them to create their un-imaginable life too.
