The Bars are an amazing Process for you and your body.

All it takes is 1 - 1.5 hours, and you feel so different, letting go of old energies,  and receiving new energies through your body and energy field.

Head chatter going on, and suddenly your head is empty after the BARS .... Space with no noise or negative self talk.

You can receive better sleep, relaxation, reduces pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, just to name a few things.

By adding further tools of Foundation® 3.5 day Class you can change your life so much.

A Private Session may be the way to experience them for your self, or you can dive in and come to a Bars Class.

I found the Bars over 13 years ago, after a car accident brought me to this point. My body was not happy.

The 1st Bars Class I attended, shifted stuck energy from my body, that was holding me back, and allowed the healing process to start.

My body became freer as I continued to run more of the Bars.

We have the 3.5 day "Foundation Class". Oh boy, with the new tools from Gary & Dain (Founders) this Class creates so much change and tends to open up what you have always wanted to, allowing you to be the magic that you truly be. Like to join us? I love facilitating this Class too. 

I'm an Access® Certified Facilitator of 14 years, and live in Western Australia, approximately 12km south of Perth City, in Queens Park.

Offered are:

Access 1 day Bars® Classes, 4 day Foundation Classes, Half day Body Process Classes, & 1 day Energetic Facelift Classes.

Some online Classes & Private Sessions are available to give you a taste of what is to come. 

I facilitate Body Processes™ - 3.5 hour Classes at various times. There are over 50 processes available, that can be received individually.

Hands-on Body Processes can create a lot of ease in your Body. The processes cover lots of different issues that go on in the Body, and the energetic process can change a whole lot of things. Extremely nurturing and relaxing. 

 Energetic Facelift™ is another Process that I facilitate as a 1 day Access Facelift Practitioner Class.

Very nurturing to the Face and Neck, although the rest of the Body is receiving the energy at the same time. Popular with the ladies, this is a Hands-on process that has a very calming, relaxing effect, and assists with anti-aging by changing the molecules. Often, if we take photos of the face before and after, you can see small changes in one session. If you run 20 facelifts in succession (weekly), this process tends to become more permanent. Come try out the Energetic Facelift.
