King Khalid International Airport  (RUH) is located approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) north of Riyadh, and currently has 3 terminals in use.

 

There are many options to choose from when traveling from King Kahlid International Airport to the city.

The Saudi Arabian currency is the Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR or SR).

October in Riyadh is usually warm and may get quite hot. There are remarkable differences between night and daytime temperatures. Average evening and day temperatures range between 35.5 °C (95.9 °F) and 18.9 °C (66 °F).

What to Bring:
 
Saudi Arabia is a conservative country, the dress code for women is modest, loose-fitting clothing that cover the shoulders, elbows and knees for when outside on the street. 
Inside the venue or your hotel you can wear what you choose. 

Tip: Our local host recommends that you pack a Kimono or similar covering.

✔ pack light layers such as long-sleeve shirts, long skirts, loose pants

✔ a jacket, wrap or light sweater for cooler evenings

✔ comfortable walking shoes 

✔ sunscreen,  sunglasses, perhaps a hat
