My journey with Access Consciousness® didn't begin with a class.

It began with a gift.

In 2015, a dear friend gave me Joy of Business by Simone Milasas and said, "I think you'd enjoy this."

I had no idea that one book would open the door to an entirely different way of living.

As I read it, something began to shift.

For the first time, I wasn't looking for someone to tell me what was right or wrong. I was being invited to ask questions, to become curious, and to discover what was actually true for me.

That curiosity led me to my first Access Bars® session.

Soon after, I took my first Access Bars® class.

And I never really stopped.

One class led to another. One question created another possibility. What began as curiosity became a way of living.

Over the years, Access Consciousness® has become part of my everyday life.

The tools have supported me through moving to a new country, creating a new life, navigating change, and choosing beyond fear. They haven't given me a perfect life—they've shown me that I always have a choice, even when life doesn't go as planned.

Today, I facilitate Access Consciousness® sessions, classes, and circles because I know what one question, one session, or one choice can create.

Not because I have all the answers...

But because I've experienced—and continue to experience—what becomes possible when we stop trying to fit ourselves into someone else's reality and start choosing what is true for us.
