All of my life I knew that there had to be more to life than just survival, trauma and drama, hardship and struggle.

Since I was young I longed for more.  Like most people I have, in the past, presented a limited version of me.  I bought other people's points of views about scarcity, life being hard work, everything was a struggle and that you had to live a certain way to be considered normal, fit in and a valuable part of the community.

I did my best to fit in.  I wasn't very successful at that and along the way I cut off many parts of myself.  The biggest part I cut off was my joy and knowing that we have choice at every moment.  I have been looking for ways of getting back those parts of myself in different ways.

In my search, I tried many techniques, studies and methods.  I have studied and practiced methods like Reiki, Massage, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Colour Therapy, Sound Therapy, Spiritual Healing, Acupressure, Avatar, Dancing and moved many places.  All of these experiences contributed to me and gave me awareness which I am grateful for.

The biggest change occurred when I came across Access Consciousness®.  It was like I had finally found what I was searching for.  Empowering me to know what I already know.  Waking up and finding what else is possible, a totally different you that you never thought was possible.  There have been many changes in all areas of my life and I am still asking every day:

What else is possible?  How does it get any better than this?  Who am I today and what grand and glorious adventures can I have?
