Prerequisites

Please note: The requirements below can change at any time and Gary Douglas and Dain Heer may add additional classes, telecalls or books as Access Consciousness® changes all the time.


Certified Facilitator training is very different than other classes you have attended. To be licensed as a CF, you are expected to be fully present and engaged with the class the entire time. If you attend online, you must be on camera, with your face well-lit and clearly visible to the facilitators and staff. No running Bars or body processes and no multi-tasking (cooking, working, sleeping, shopping, driving, riding in a car, playing games on your phone, social media, etc.) during all class sessions.

First-Time Prerequisites

Listed below are the prerequisites for becoming a certified facilitator. These prerequisites are recommended to become a great facilitator, not an ordinary person, and make too much money. Gary said, “We know you will fail if you don’t do them. If you fail, it’s not our fault.”

Checklist if you are becoming a CF for the first time 

If you have met at least 50% of the prerequisites for becoming a new CF, you can register and attend the 5-day Certified Facilitator Training. If you have completed less than 50% of the prerequisites, you can register and pay a higher class fee to attend the Certified Facilitator Training.

Once you have attended the Certified Facilitator Training and completed all the prerequisites below, you may become licensed as an Access Consciousness certified facilitator.

Purchase and read the Reference Materials for The Foundation AND Choice for Possibilities (available for purchase after classes have been attended)

Complete the questionnaire based on the Reference Materials (link found in your welcome email once you register for the Certified Facilitator Training)

Renewal Prerequisites

If you are renewing your CF license, complete the prerequisites below and attend the CF training to renew your license:

  • Facilitate one Foundation class within the 12 months preceding the start of the CF training
  • Attend the class or purchase a replay of one Choice for Possibilities (CFP) class held within the 12 months preceding the start of the CF training
  • Gary recommends that you attend (or purchase the replay) of each Global Foundation rewrite class if you really want to be aware of how to deliver the class you will deliver
  • In addition to the CFP and recommended Global Foundation, also attend an additional class of your choice each year. What would be fun for you? Gary’s and Dain’s telecalls? Other advanced classes?  An Access Specialty class?
  • Complete the annual questionnaire based on the Reference Materials

If you are a former CF attending a Certified Facilitator Training to restart your license after it has expired, you must complete all the renewal prerequisites above except facilitating a Foundation class. Additionally, you must have completed any new CF prerequisites added since your license expired.

This includes MP3 audio recordings of the class.

Repeat price: as listed
You get the repeat price if you attend a Certified Facilitator Training for early renewal or participation before the training at which your renewal is due.

Other prices: Children 15 years and under are welcome for free when attending with a paying adult OR at the arrangement/discretion of the facilitator. Teenagers at 16 and 17 years of age pay half price.*
