This is my story. What else is possible?

I am an Integrative Psychology Practitioner, Access Bars Facilitator, and founder of Kalo Rising, where I bridge psychology, consciousness, and pragmatic awareness to expand what healing, growth, and recovery can look like in real-world settings.

Based in Arizona, I work with individuals across personal growth, leadership, and recovery, supporting them in navigating emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and nervous system dysregulation while creating space for awareness, choice, and sustainable change.

Through Access Consciousness and integrative approaches, I facilitate Access Bars as a complementary, consciousness-based somatic practice that supports regulation, clarity, and the ability to engage more fully in life and in one’s own process.

What I have found is that when people are given the tools, space, and permission to explore what works for them, something different becomes possible.

I found Access Consciousness in 2019, at a time when I was already seeking deeper ways to create change beyond traditional approaches. In 2020, I became an Access Bars Facilitator and began offering sessions in El Paso, Texas.

From there, this work continued to expand with me. I facilitated in Puerto Rico, and eventually brought these tools with me to Arizona, where my work began to take on a new level of depth and application.

It was in Arizona that I started integrating Access Bars into addiction recovery settings, working within outpatient programs and residential environments. Since mid-2024, I have worked with well over 120 individuals in recovery, along with clinical teams across multiple behavioral health settings.

In these spaces, I have seen how Access Bars can support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and the ability for individuals to engage more fully in their healing process. Many report feeling calmer, more present, and more connected to themselves, sometimes for the first time in years.

What began as a single integration has since evolved into a broader model of ongoing support, including an Alumni initiative where individuals continue meeting weekly to exchange Bars sessions, stay connected, and support one another beyond treatment. Monthly gatherings provide additional access for continued connection and growth.

My approach is not about replacing traditional models, but expanding them. By bridging cognitive, behavioral, and nervous system-based work with consciousness tools, I create space for increased awareness, self-trust, and choice.

Through Kalo Rising and the Kalo Compass framework, my work continues to expand across recovery, education, leadership, and community spaces, with a focus on making these tools practical, accessible, and sustainable.

“Healing is not one path. It’s what becomes possible when people are given the tools, space, and awareness to discover what truly works for them.”
