I discovered the Access Bars after the shock trauma of my beloved 23 year old son passed in a road accident. I learned the Bars and then started to do the process for my friends and family. That is how it changed my life! I got rid of the grief. I still remember my son, but I allowed myself to move forward but I allowed myself to be beyond the happiness I had ever experienced.
