Justyna is a Facilitator of life and living, empowering sovereign self actualization, utilizing question, choice, possibility and chaos!

She enjoys relaxation, BARS, yoga, qigong and meditation, hiking, snowboarding and all things unschooling with her xmen kids. 

Spirit and Psychology obsessed from a young age (Honors B.A. Psychology, Neuroscience & Behavior, McMaster University and also born Psychic Medium), with lots of sex trauma, yet focused on serving and healing others for years, as an "empath," till it nearly took her life. 

A high achieving Human Resources Professional, stress and life threatening mystery illness, taught her the hard way, to nurture her body's vitality first. She discovered her capacity to ask questions and self heal, after internal medicine offered no solutions, just conclusions.

The ongoing choice to be present with my own knowing, my unique body and my own spirit, has been a transformative and magical wellness journey. 

There is always another level and another choice. And most of all, you are not wrong. We may make mistakes and it's ok, we are still never wrong. 

I follow what I know, perceive, sense and recieve, to gain 360 awareness. My intuition is a survival and thrival mechanism, beyond all certifications, teachers, gurus, degrees, diplomas or accolades.

We can be right or we can be free to choice and be true to ourselves. I love facilitating people by encorporating these mysterious yet pragmatic, occult psych energetic tools. 

I like seeing individuals breaking limitations and outcreating themselves as they access their brilliance, their strengths and the power of their own choice, laughter and relaxation. 

I invite you to the glory of allowing yourself to be uniquely, unapologetically you and to keep choosing for YOU!
