Trained under Dr. Gowri Motha, I offer this deeply intuitive technique combining lymphatic drainage, polarity balancing, and subtle energy work. It's a gentle, nurturing treatment designed to support hormonal balance, circulation, and emotional release—used widely in fertility and pregnancy care, but beneficial to all.

🌿 Reflexology

Pressure point therapy for the feet that stimulates internal organs, reduces tension, and supports overall energy flow. Especially useful for stress, sleep, and hormonal balance.

🌙 Cupping (Hijama)

A traditional healing method that detoxifies, improves circulation, and supports immune balance. I offer gentle, personalized cupping sessions tailored for women in a holistic setting.
