'Please! Not another self improvement thing.' was my response to being invited to Access Consciousness.

And then I started to hear someone read from one of Access books...I don't even remember which one. I was like wait, what!? I have always know that as possible.

What I realised was that I don't need to self improve because there is nothing really wrong with me. It is more of an adventure to discover more and more of me and my creative capacities.
