Artist, energy worker, counsellor, nerd, cat lover and all around fun(ish) gal. I enjoy hugs, swearing and adventures! When working with people, I love to see the “ah-has” roll across their faces as they recognize a whole new world of possibilities available to their life and living. Change is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be hard.
