Having spent years experiencing episodes of PTSD and following another episode in July 2024, I was signposted to the mental health team and had a lovely mental health support worker. However, I quickly learnt there was no support available to enable me to properly address the trauma locked inside me. During this time, my soul sister in Australia enlightened me on Access Bars, and how having a bars session could help to eliminate the trauma I was continually carrying around with me. I had nothing to lose, and decided to give it ago, and WOW it changed my life. I was able to think clearly about me and the things I wanted in life, and the trauma I was experiencing melted away. I felt lighter, when making decisions I was starting to make about what I wanted my life to look like, going forward. I made some changes to my working week, giving myself time for me and made the decision to become a Bars practitioner and facilitator.

Being able to gift and receive is an amazing experience, and I am grateful every single day that I found Access, which has enabled me to experience the amazing experiences I have encountered since my first introduction and continue to encounter daily. I have been running Bars sessions for friends and family, and it’s time for me to be able to gift and receive to those of you who feel I could offer you a unique experience and your own journey through a Bars session.
