It all started for me with Access Consciousness—specifically, the magic of Access Bars. That first session cracked open something I didn’t even know I was missing: space. Space to breathe. To be. To explore what else might be possible if I stopped living from struggle, judgment, and scarcity… and started choosing joy, ease, and lightness instead.

I spent a good chunk of my life trying to be what I thought I should be. Perfect mom. Perfect body. Perfect everything. I raised three incredible humans. I stayed at home with them for a while—but I also swung the other way and worked three jobs at once, clocking 75 hours a week, because I knew I was meant for more.

When I found Access, everything started to shift. Two questions changed my life:
“Who does this belong to?” and “Is this even mine?”

And just like that, I realized I was living my life through other people’s expectations—through their version of perfection. That awareness? It was everything.

My vision now is simple: to help you remember the truth of who you are, and support you in creating a life that feels light, free, and true to you.
