I am incredibily grateful for Access Consciousness classes where I have learned to use a plethora of tools. These tools have been beneficial for me and for my body because I know that I can create the space to CHOOSE.  I have always been a seeker of possibilities in areas where I could enrich my life.  I have the mindset that, "I have nothing to lose; I have everything to gain from trying something new." It's just a choice. From choosing my first Access Bars class, my world has opened up exponentially. The AMAZING people within Access Consciousness are the added BONUS.
