Nadia Prando

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through healing and growth. I believe that change is always possible—at any age and at any stage of life.

As a highly sensitive person, I have a natural capacity to perceive what often goes unspoken: the emotions, thoughts, and needs beneath the surface. Many describe my approach as a way of “speaking to the soul,” offering deep understanding and compassionate guidance.

Alongside traditional psychotherapy, I integrate holistic practices such as Access Bars® and Reiki. By working with the body and energy, I help clients release blocks, expand awareness, and reconnect with their inner resources.

Clients often describe me as calm, kind, and grounding. My mission is to combine evidence-based psychotherapy with energy work to offer a truly integrative and supportive experience, helping people not only heal but also thrive.

I am originally from Brazil, where, since childhood, I have been connected to spiritual practices and places where people gather to channel and communicate with non-physical entities. This has always felt natural to me, and it deepened my ability to sense beyond words and connect with unseen dimensions.

Coming from a culture that values togetherness and celebration, I carry this spirit into my work. My fundamental purpose is to empower people to recognize their true gifts, enabling them to live with greater ease, joy, and authenticity—and truly thrive.

✨ Teaching & Sharing Tools
In addition to psychotherapy, I teach Access Bars®, offering classes in both English and Portuguese. Teaching is one of my greatest joys, especially when I witness people gaining new awareness and discovering tools that awaken their abilities. Each class is an opportunity to celebrate growth and to support others in expanding their consciousness.
