I came across this phrase when I took my very first Access Bars® class in 2015.  It resonated so deeply that I instantly knew I had found what I had been seeking.  Since then, as a Certified Facilitator, I have been working across North America and  Japan supporting people in reconnecting with their innate capacities and creating meaningful change in their lives.
