Pueden contribuir al bienestar general y apoyar el funcionamiento natural del cuerpo, incluido el sistema inmune. También facilito El Fundamento, una de las clases avanzadas de Access Consciousness. Durante tres días y medio, exploramos herramientas y procesos diseñados para cuestionar y transformar puntos de vista, limitaciones y estructuras que pueden estar condicionando cómo creamos nuestra vida. Es una invitación a descubrir cuánto más puedes elegir, recibir y crear cuando comienzas a funcionar desde una mayor conciencia de ti y de las posibilidades disponibles. Para mí, el bienestar no es solamente lo que se ve por fuera; es cómo te sientes, cuánto escuchas a tu cuerpo, cuánto estás dispuesto a recibir y cuántas posibilidades estás dispuesto a elegir. I'm Paola Fuenmayor, a Certified Access Consciousness Facilitator and the creator of Wellness by Pao. Access Body Processes are energetic processes that invite the body to relax, communicate, and function with greater ease. They can contribute to overall well-being and support the body’s natural functioning, including the immune system. I also facilitate The Foundation, one of the advanced Access Consciousness classes. Over 3½ days, we explore tools and processes designed to question and transform points of view, limitations, and structures that may be influencing the way we create our lives. It’s an invitation to discover how much more you can choose, receive, and create when you begin functioning from greater awareness of yourself and the possibilities available to you. For me, well-being isn’t only about how you look; it’s about how you feel, how much you listen to your body, how much you’re willing to receive, and how many possibilities you’re willing to choose. Through my sessions and classes, I create spaces where you can choose more ease, greater awareness, and new possibilities for your body and your life.
