Access Bars® kwam op mijn pad in een tijd dat ik veel emotioneel werk deed. Ik onderging al regelmatig massages om de Detox processen in mijn lichaam te ondersteunen. Echter toen ik Access Bars® ontdekte merkte ik dat het me meer bracht dan enkel fysieke ondersteuning. Het was net alsof  mijn leven lichter werd. Er ontstond een wereld van mogelijkheden en magie die ik wel wist dat die er was maar niet eerder zo makkelijk kon leven.

Ik werd er zo blij van :) en dat deel ik graag met zoveel mogelijk anderen. Ik geef sessies in mijn praktijk en classes in Boekel (N-B).

Mee spelen met de magie van de Tools van Access Consiousness? Wil jij jouw leven met vreugde en gemak creëren? 

Al jaren ben ik gefascineerd door ontwikkeling en het zelfgenezend vermogen. De emotionele ballast die we opslaan vanuit het verleden kan los op een makkelijke manier. Een manier die vreugde en verlichting geeft. Spontaan herstel en veranderingen zijn mogelijk. Ik zie dagelijks in mijn praktijk wat het kan brengen. 

Wat zou het jou kunnen brengen?

Ik werk sinds 2016 in mijn eigen praktijk. Ik begon als coach en ontwikkelde me richting het herstellen van trauma's. Onderliggende trauma's voor de stress en ongemak van nu. Meer en meer verschoof het werk in mijn praktijk naar het Emotionele Lichaamswerk, healing van het Innerlijk kind middels de Journey Methode.

In 2021 kwam ik in aanraking met Access Bars, dat was het begin van een omwenteling. Het leven werd lichter, ik vond meer en meer mijn eigen sprankel en Joy for life. Dit wil ik graag met zoveel mogelijk mensen delen. Mijn unieke wezen mag er volledig zijn en jij ook! Wie ben jij werkelijk, waar verlang je naar en hoe makkelijk kan het zijn om je te bevrijden van oude ballast. 
Mijn opleiding tot Journey Practioner sluit prachtig aan op de magie van Access Consiousness.

Access Bars® came into my life at a time when I was doing a lot of emotional work. I was already receiving massages regularly to support my body's detox processes. A world of possibilities and magic opened up—one I always knew existed but had never been able to access so effortlessly.

For years, I have been fascinated by personal growth and the body's self-healing ability. The emotional baggage we carry from the past can be released in an easy way—a way that brings joy and relief. Spontaneous healing and transformation are possible. I see the results every day in my practice.

What could it bring you?

Since 2016, I have been working in my own practice. I started as a coach and gradually shifted my focus toward healing trauma—the underlying traumas that contribute to today's stress and discomfort. Over time, my work evolved into Emotional Bodywork, healing the Inner Child through The Journey Method.

In 2021, I discovered Access Bars, and that was the beginning of a profound shift. Life became lighter, and I found more and more of my own sparkle and Joy for Life. I want to share this with as many people as possible. My unique being is allowed to fully shine—and so is yours! Who are you truly? What do you desire? And how easy can it be to free yourself from old burdens?

My training as a Journey Practitioner aligns beautifully with the magic of Access Consiousness.
