Honoring yourself without judgment creates true awareness.
I am Honoré — for most people also René.
What I bring is not a role I play, but who I am: a mix of openness, humor, gentleness, and sometimes the messiness of being human.

My work is about creating a space where you can breathe again, let go of old judgment, and discover more Ease, Joy and Glory in your life.

For many years I was caught in self-judgment, convinced that I was wrong. I tried to fix myself through endless trainings and methods — until I discovered that what I was truly missing was me.

That is why gentleness became my strength. It is what allows people to soften into themselves.
Openness and vulnerability are part of how I show up — yes, sometimes I still hide, but even that I don’t pretend away. Humor helps me not to take myself too seriously, and it opens the door for others to relax too.

This is what I bring into every class and conversation:

  • a lived sense of space, where yesterday’s weight can drop away

  • the courage to be vulnerable, so others feel safe to be too

  • the invitation to honor yourself, even when you don’t feel perfect (especially then)

What if you could embrace yourself in such a way that all judgment falls away? Everything that stands in the way of that can change.
