After living with CFS and Mutliple Sclerosis ReVaH is now thriving in life! She was very sick all throughout high school.  She moved to NM where she fell in love with the NM big blue sky.  She has always loved dance and created, choreographed, and performed multiple dance flash mobs in Albuquerque.  She has been a licensed Zumba Instructor for over 10 years. 

ReVaH found Ayurveda and meditation and so many other healing modalities. ReVaH always knew there was something else out there that could be greater than choosing sickness all the time. In 2018 she became certified as an Access Bars® Practitioner. Since practicing and using the tools of Access Consciousness, she can now say she USED to have Multiple Sclerosis!

ReVaH is now an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, a Gyrotonic Level 1 Teacher, Gyrokinesis Apprentice and still teaching Zumba. ReVaH has weekly classes that create more consciousness through movement and practice.  

ReVaH would like to share this gift of choice for health, happiness, and presence with as many people who are ready to try something different! She empower people with questions, body processes, energy healing, and verbal processing.
