My name is Rachel and I have been a love of the tools of Access Consciousness since I discovered them in 2011.  My life turned inside out and upside down. Over the years, I've learned to let go of who or what I thought I am in favor of discovering who I BE. 

I've been on a quest to ask more, be more and choose more and it has not always been comfortable - but it has always been phenomenal.  In every class I choose or facilitate we ask more questions, unravel more limitations, and every day am willing to become more vulnerable and magical, and chose EASE and JOY. 

Something greater is possible.  Something greater is available for all of us.

And all it takes is for us to CHOOSE. 🌟
