Prior to playing with the tools of Access Consciousness I minimized myself to fit into this reality, made myself wrong, and judged my choices. A friend invited me to receive a Bars session and it was what I had been seeking and not finding! Using the tools of Access Consciousness has invited me to choose greater and know possibilities are everywhere. There is so much more space and relaxation in my body, in me being me, with money, and in relationships. How does it get better than this? 

Hi! My name is Katharine. I am an Access Bars Facilitator, Access Facelift Facilitator, and Body Process Practitioner amoung many other magical things. I love to play with energy, go exploring with my children, snuggle my cats, and travel. I live in Columbus, OH but I have way too much fun empowering others, so if you live outside Columbus and would like to host a Bars or Facelift class in your area contact me and I will travel to you!
