In 2013, I began my journey with Access Consciousness® and I am now an Access Bars® Practitioner and Class Facilitator.

What could I facilitate for you and the world by being more of you than you’ve ever imagined possible?

I love working with energy and facilitating people to create more joy, ease, and space in their lives. Through Access Bars®, I support individuals in connecting with their bodies and releasing the thoughts and emotions that may have limited them.

I discovered Access during my divorce while searching for peace. While the divorce itself was necessary, the separation from my stepchildren and those relationships was deeply painful. Through receiving Bars sessions, I found myself becoming less reactive and experiencing greater ease during a very uncomfortable time in my life.

I am a full-time School Counselor and part-time Yoga Instructor. I’m also the co-founder of Creating Change with Kristi Jo, a wellness business supporting individuals and groups in exploring alternative healing techniques such as meditation, yoga, essential oils, and Access Bars® — offering tools for creating change with more ease.

I have facilitated dozens of Access Bars® classes since 2015 and truly enjoy sharing these tools with anyone who is ready to create something different.

Kristi is a dancer at heart with a deep love of movement and empowering others to create change, raise their vibration, and find more reasons to smile. She has been practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2010. With a master’s degree in Counselor Education, she currently works as a Middle School Counselor. Kristi studied dance during her undergraduate work at Point Park College and is a certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator. To connect with Kristi, contact her at kristijo1111@icloud.com.
