In 2013, I began my training in Access Consciousness ® and now a Practitioner and Class facilitator of The Access Bars. LIFE IS AN ADVENTURE!! "What could I facilitate, for you and the world, by being more of you than you've ever imagined possible?"

I enjoy working with energy and facilitating people to create more joy & space in their lives by getting in touch with their body and eliminating thoughts and emotions that have restricted their lives. I found Access while searching for peace during my divorce in 2011. The divorce was necessary but the separation from my stepchildren and those relationships was painful.  It was through the process of having my Bars run that I came to a place of less reaction and greater ease during a very uncomfortable time in my life.

I am a full-time School Counselor and part-time yoga Instructor. In addition, I am co-founder of Ascention – a wellness organization dealing with assisting individuals and groups find alternative healing techniques; such as of meditation, yoga, essential oils and yes, Access Bars to help others looking to create change more easily.

 

Kristi is a dancer, has a passion for movement and helping people make change to a higher vibration resulting in a smile.  Kristi has been practicing yoga since 1994 and been teaching yoga since 2010. She has a master’s degree in Counselor Education, currently employed as a Middle School Counselor.  She studied dance during her undergraduate work at Point Park College.
