Houston in February offers a comfortable average daytime temperature of 65°F (18°C), dropping to 50°F (10°C) at night. 
 
February's the most humid month in Houston, with a relative humidity of 78%.  Pack your lightest most breathable clothing (natural fibres tend to be the most breathable) and add a few layering pieces like a light wrap or sweater.
