Today, I work with individuals of all ages to create transformation in every area of life — from relationships, parenting, and health to business, money, and beyond. Whether it’s shifting chronic stress, releasing pain and illness, or building a thriving life and business, I facilitate with a blend of energetic tools, intuitive guidance, and nurturing support.

With a background as a teacher, administrator, tutor, and empowerment coach — and as a mother of three adult children and grandmother of three — I bring a lifetime of experience and compassion to my work.

I truly believe that anything can change when you have the right tools. And change can happen with more ease and joy than you might ever imagine.

Personal Note:
Access Consciousness has opened doors in my life that I didn’t even know existed — doors to more joy, more laughter, and more of me. It's my greatest joy to now walk alongside others as they discover what else is possible for their own lives.
