One of my absolute favorite things since discovering Access Consciousness has been facilitating people with its simple yet mind-blowing tools. It’s like having a magical toolbox that can help shift your reality in ways you never thought possible!

My journey of curiosity started way back in 8th grade, thanks to an inspiring history teacher who sparked the question: Why are we here, and what’s this all about? (Big shoutout to him!) That question led me on a quest through countless teachings and modalities.

In 2001, I stumbled upon The Wisdom of Kabbalah, and it completely transformed my perspective. It was so profound that I became a certified Kabbalah teacher to share its beauty with others. Fast forward to 2018, I dove into Theta Healing and became a certified Theta Healer—another incredible tool for deep change and transformation.

Then, in 2019, I discovered Access Consciousness, and wow... talk about life-changing! After taking my first BARS class and listening to incredible facilitators like Gary Douglas, Dr. Dain Heer, Simone Milasas, and others, I was hooked. These tools and concepts weren’t just logical; they created energetic shifts that were freeing, light, and fun. I knew I wanted to be part of offering this magic to others who are ready to change their lives.

In a session—whether it’s a one-on-one BARS session or a simple conversation of facilitation—you can completely transform how you engage with anything in your life. Relationships, business, self-worth, health... nothing is off the table! Like Dain says, "Your points of view create your reality, not the other way around."

For me, facilitating isn’t about teaching or coaching—it’s about lightening the energy and easing the journey. It’s such a gift to share this with the world, and I absolutely love it!
