Hello and Welcome to my name is Ana.

We  all have a  story tell. I would like to share mine.

I come from a complicated and dysfuntional family.My parents had a difficult relathionship and my father abandoned my mother myself and my sistyer before i was born.He left while my mother was pregnant with me.This caused us deep trauma .Perhaps, because of the trauma passed on to me I was born with hight anxierty , low self esteem, and lack of confidence.As, time went on these feelings manifested in depression, eatting disorders and drug and alcohol addiction.

These habits attracted unhealthy people into my life .They led me to unheathy , dangerous , and reckless relationships.Sadly, without seeking sports and exercise as outlets or practicing mindfulness and receiving therapy I found myself in unhealthy ''emotional attachment'' relathioships.

The past wounds and scars led me to rock bottom.

I am almost lost my life in 2023 at the age of 37.

Truly, it is a miricle I am alive. Iam so thankful to my best friend , my sister and my brother in law for the love and support they provided during this diffucult time.

We all have different rock bottoms mine led me to this miraculous point.I am grateful for my path and where it has led me , doing good work, healing and sharing with others my truth and my journey.

Sometimes you must lose yourself to find yourself.I feel blessed ,I am stronger , wiser and have a deeper appreciation for this beautiful life .

Every lesson has broght me closer to the light. They have taught me to never give up and that one can rise from the ashes. A rebirth of strenght , power, soundness , solidity and love .A love for oneself reaching and inspiring others.

Through my love of science,specifically , neuroscience plasticity, 

Ibelieve we can rewire and reprogram our thoughts.

In doing so becoming more aware of our brilliance.

One of my goals is to help childrens and adults suffering with low self esteem, attention deficit disorder (ADD),

obssessive compulsive disorder ( OCD) and Asperger's.

I'm ready to help unlucky your full potential.

One of my biggest target is help childrens and adults with low self-steem, ADD,ADHD,ODD,Asperger's.

Those negative and unproductive patterns will be replaced ,one by one with the work we do.
