Imagine a day without judgment. What would it be like to go throughout an entire day without any judgment of you or anyone else? That’s the challenge! Take at least one hour and notice anytime you judge something or someone (including you), and say, “Interesting point of view I have this point of view.” Say this until you start to feel more at peace. When you start to see the gift of you, just as you are, without a need to change anything, you can begin to acknowledge the gift you are in the world. Make a list. Be as specific as possible. What if there’s more right about you than you’ve ever acknowledged?
