• attended The Foundation

You must have:

• listened to Original Clearing the Issues of Abuse at least 30 times
• attended a current¹ Choice of Possibilities (COP) class
  
  

OR:

• listened to Original Clearing the Issues of Abuse at least 30 times
• attended any Choice of Possibilities (COP) class
• attended a current¹ 3-day class or a current¹ teleclass with Gary Douglas and/or Dr. Dain Heer

¹ The class start date is within 12-months of this class' start date. You can also find the latest replays of classes and telecalls in the Access Shop.

You must have:

• attended any Choice of Possibilities (COP) class
• attended two Access 3 Day Body classes at any time (one of these – or a previous Advanced Body class – must be current¹ )
• attended a current¹ 3-day class or a current¹ teleclass with Gary Douglas and/or Dr. Dain Heer
